How it all works

1. Send Your Enquiry
Start by sending over an enquiry with your chosen event type or package, venue/location, date and start time, along with any other details you already have.
2. Receive Your Personalised Quote
I’ll get back to you by email with a more accurate quote based on your requirements, including any applicable travel or accommodation costs.
3. Let’s Have a Chat
We’ll arrange a call so you can find out a little more about what I can offer for your event. We’ll chat through your plans, any special ideas you have, and how we can make the music feel personal and unique to you.
4. Secure Your Date
If you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send over your contract with all the booking details, along with an invoice for your deposit. Once the deposit has been paid, your date is officially secured and we can move on to the exciting part!
5. Choose Your Music
I’ll send over my full repertoire list, where you can choose the songs you’d like included in your chosen package.I’m always happy to learn up to 4 additional songs for each booking, so if you have a few more personal or niche favourites, particularly for your ceremony, I’ll do my best to make sure they’re included.Once we’ve chosen your songs, I’ll put together the perfect setlist for your event, tailored to you and the atmosphere you want to create.
6. Finalise Your Booking
The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before your event, giving you plenty of time to have everything paid and organised well in advance, so there’s one less thing to think about as your wedding or event approaches.
7. Your Special Day!
Then it’s time to enjoy your day! I’ll arrive ready to perform, bring your carefully chosen setlist to life, and hopefully help create some really special memories along the way.
